Community Guidelines
Winkiloo is built for genuine creator discovery, useful feedback, professional collaboration and better-informed growth. These Community Guidelines explain the behaviour we expect from everyone who participates in the Winkiloo community.
The goal is simple: keep Winkiloo useful, respectful, authentic and safe for creators at every stage of their YouTube journey.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
1. Why These Guidelines Exist
Winkiloo brings creators together through profiles, feedback, discovery, messaging, collaborations, campaigns, reviews, referrals and other creator tools.
These features are most valuable when users participate honestly and treat other creators with respect.
These Community Guidelines are intended to:
- protect genuine creator interactions.
- reduce spam, manipulation and abuse.
- support constructive feedback.
- encourage respectful creator networking.
- protect users from fraud and deceptive behaviour.
- help maintain the integrity of Winkiloo's platform features.
These Guidelines apply together with the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and other applicable Winkiloo policies.
2. Our Core Community Principles
Most Winkiloo rules can be understood through a few simple principles.
Be Authentic
Represent yourself, your channel and your intentions honestly.
Be Respectful
Communicate professionally and treat other creators as people.
Create Real Value
Use feedback, discovery and collaboration to help creators, not manipulate metrics.
Protect the Community
Do not use Winkiloo to deceive, exploit, threaten or harm others.
3. Use a Genuine Creator Identity
Your Winkiloo account and creator profile should represent you or an organisation you are genuinely authorised to represent.
You must not:
- impersonate another creator, company or person.
- claim ownership of a YouTube channel you do not control.
- create fake creator identities.
- misrepresent your channel, audience or experience.
- use another person's identity to obtain platform benefits.
- create duplicate accounts to manipulate platform systems.
Winkiloo may use YouTube ownership verification and other platform controls to help protect creator identities.
4. Genuine Engagement Only
Winkiloo is not a subscriber exchange, like exchange, comment exchange or artificial engagement marketplace.
You must not use Winkiloo to organise or participate in arrangements such as:
- “subscribe to me and I will subscribe to you”.
- “like my video and I will like yours”.
- “comment on my video and I will comment on yours”.
- watch-time exchanges.
- engagement rings.
- automated engagement.
- bot-generated traffic.
- click farms.
- fake accounts used to inflate performance.
- coordinated manipulation of YouTube metrics.
Creators are always free to watch, like, subscribe, comment or otherwise engage with YouTube content when they have a genuine interest in doing so.
Winkiloo tools should help creators discover content and make independent choices — not create an obligation to exchange engagement.
5. Treat Other Creators With Respect
Disagreement is allowed. Criticism is allowed. Harassment and abuse are not.
You must not:
- threaten another user.
- harass someone repeatedly.
- send abusive or degrading messages.
- target someone with unwanted repeated contact.
- encourage others to harass a creator.
- humiliate or intimidate another user.
- publish private personal information to harm someone.
- use Winkiloo to stalk or intimidate another person.
If a creator asks you to stop contacting them, respect that request.
6. Hate, Dehumanisation and Discriminatory Abuse
Winkiloo does not permit content or behaviour that attacks, dehumanises or promotes hatred against people based on protected or deeply personal characteristics.
This includes abusive targeting based on characteristics such as:
- race or ethnicity.
- nationality or national origin.
- religion.
- sex or gender.
- sexual orientation.
- gender identity.
- disability.
- serious health conditions.
- other characteristics protected under applicable law.
Legitimate discussion of social, political or cultural issues is not prohibited simply because a topic is controversial, but targeted abuse or dehumanisation is not acceptable.
7. Give Constructive Creator Feedback
Winkiloo feedback is intended to help creators improve.
Good feedback should be:
- specific.
- honest.
- relevant to the content.
- respectful.
- actionable where possible.
- based on your genuine opinion.
For example:
“The first 20 seconds felt slower than the rest of the video. I would consider introducing the main problem earlier.”
“Your video is terrible. Stop making videos.”
8. Do Not Manipulate Feedback Systems
You must not:
- submit meaningless feedback only to obtain Creator Credits.
- copy the same feedback across many videos.
- coordinate fake ratings.
- use multiple accounts to rate the same creator.
- offer rewards in exchange for positive feedback.
- threaten negative feedback to pressure another creator.
- submit deliberately false or malicious reviews.
Winkiloo may remove feedback, reverse related rewards or restrict accounts where feedback systems are being abused.
9. Reviews and Testimonials
Reviews and testimonials should reflect a genuine experience with Winkiloo or another supported subject of review.
You must not:
- submit fake testimonials.
- pretend to be another creator.
- submit reviews from accounts created only for review manipulation.
- offer incentives in exchange for dishonest reviews.
- submit content that you know is materially false.
- use reviews to harass another person.
Winkiloo may moderate reviews before they are publicly displayed.
10. Messaging and Creator Communication
Winkiloo messaging is intended for genuine creator networking and collaboration.
Good messages are:
- personal.
- relevant.
- clear about why you are contacting someone.
- respectful of the recipient's time.
- easy to decline.
You must not use messaging to:
- send unsolicited mass messages.
- send repeated unwanted messages.
- promote scams.
- send malicious links.
- pressure creators into collaboration.
- request artificial engagement.
- harass or threaten users.
Private messaging functionality may be restricted to eligible creator connections or other permitted relationships within Winkiloo.
11. Collaborate Fairly
Collaborations are agreements between creators. Be clear about expectations before work begins.
Where relevant, discuss:
- who is responsible for what.
- deadlines.
- content ownership.
- publishing arrangements.
- use of names, logos and images.
- revenue or payment arrangements.
- how either party can end the collaboration.
Do not misrepresent your intentions or promise benefits you cannot deliver.
For important commercial collaborations, creators should consider keeping their agreement in writing outside the platform as well.
12. Fraud, Scams and Deception Are Prohibited
Do not use Winkiloo to deceive users or obtain money, access or information under false pretences.
Prohibited behaviour includes:
- fake sponsorship offers.
- fake brand deals.
- fake creator services.
- phishing.
- account-stealing attempts.
- fraudulent payment requests.
- fake giveaways.
- impersonation.
- deceptive affiliate offers.
- links designed to steal credentials.
- requests for unnecessary passwords or security codes.
Never share your Google, YouTube, email or Winkiloo password with another creator.
13. No Spam
Repetitive or unsolicited promotion damages the creator community.
Spam can include:
- mass-copying the same message to many creators.
- posting irrelevant promotional material.
- repeatedly promoting the same service.
- sending excessive referral links.
- automated messaging.
- posting links unrelated to the conversation.
- repeated unwanted collaboration requests.
Promotion is acceptable only where it is relevant, permitted and not abusive.
14. Campaign and Promotion Integrity
Winkiloo campaigns are designed to give content visibility inside Winkiloo to potentially relevant creators.
Campaigns do not buy YouTube engagement.
You must not:
- create campaigns for content you are not authorised to promote.
- misrepresent what a video contains.
- use campaigns to promote illegal or harmful content.
- attempt to manipulate campaign tracking.
- use automated accounts to generate campaign activity.
- coordinate fake clicks or responses.
- attempt to recover Creator Credits through fraudulent activity.
A creator who sees promoted content remains free to decide whether to open or engage with that content.
15. Thumbnail and Title Testing
Thumbnail and Title Testing is intended to collect genuine creator preferences about content packaging.
You must not:
- vote through multiple accounts.
- coordinate predetermined voting.
- pay creators to choose a particular option.
- use bots or automation to vote.
- submit misleading test material.
- manipulate research rewards.
Participants should vote according to their genuine preference.
16. Creator Credits Must Be Earned and Used Fairly
Creator Credits are internal Winkiloo platform units.
Attempts to obtain or manipulate Creator Credits dishonestly are prohibited.
This includes:
- creating fake referral accounts.
- self-referral schemes.
- fake feedback activity.
- automated activity.
- multiple-account abuse.
- campaign manipulation.
- fraudulent payment activity.
- attempts to exploit bugs or platform errors.
Winkiloo may reverse credits that were obtained through invalid, fraudulent or abusive activity.
17. Referral and Affiliate Conduct
Referral links may be shared with creators who may genuinely benefit from Winkiloo.
You must not:
- refer yourself through another account.
- create accounts solely to obtain referral rewards.
- spam referral links.
- misrepresent Winkiloo.
- promise guaranteed results.
- hide required affiliate disclosures.
- use deceptive advertisements.
- manipulate referral attribution.
Where required, clearly disclose that you may receive Creator Credits or another benefit when someone joins through your referral link.
18. Responsible Use of AI Creator Tools
Winkiloo AI tools are intended to assist creators with analysis, ideas and decision-making.
You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it.
Do not use Winkiloo AI tools to:
- generate unlawful content.
- impersonate another creator.
- create fraudulent claims.
- harass or threaten people.
- generate deceptive testimonials.
- create content intended to facilitate scams.
- submit unnecessary highly sensitive personal information.
- circumvent platform safety controls.
AI output may contain errors and should not be treated as guaranteed fact.
19. Illegal Content and Activity
Winkiloo must not be used to publish, distribute, promote or facilitate content or activity that is unlawful.
This can include, depending on applicable law:
- fraud.
- credible threats of violence.
- illegal exploitation.
- unlawful discrimination.
- distribution of illegal material.
- unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
- serious intellectual-property infringement.
- other unlawful activity.
Winkiloo provides a public Report Illegal Content process for good-faith notices regarding specific Winkiloo content.
20. Threats and Violence
Do not use Winkiloo to make credible threats, encourage violence or organise harmful activity.
Content discussing violence for news, educational, documentary or analytical purposes may be treated differently from content that genuinely encourages harm.
Where Winkiloo believes there may be an immediate and credible safety risk, appropriate action may be taken in accordance with applicable law.
21. Sexual Exploitation and Abuse
Winkiloo does not permit the platform to be used for sexual exploitation, coercion or abusive sexual conduct.
Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited.
Serious cases may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
22. Respect Privacy and Personal Information
Do not publish another person's sensitive or private information without a legitimate reason or appropriate permission.
This may include:
- home addresses.
- private phone numbers.
- account passwords.
- security credentials.
- private identification documents.
- private financial information.
- other information that could expose someone to harm.
Public business or creator information may be treated differently from genuinely private personal information.
23. Respect Intellectual Property
Only upload, publish or use content that you have the right to use.
This applies to materials such as:
- images.
- videos.
- logos.
- music.
- graphics.
- text.
- brand materials.
- other copyrighted works.
Linking to your own or publicly accessible YouTube videos does not transfer ownership of those videos to Winkiloo.
Do not claim ownership of another person's work simply because it is public.
24. Do Not Attack or Abuse Winkiloo Systems
Users must not interfere with the operation or security of Winkiloo.
Prohibited behaviour includes:
- attempting unauthorised access.
- probing accounts or systems for credentials.
- circumventing rate limits.
- automated scraping that violates platform rules.
- exploiting security vulnerabilities.
- introducing malware.
- disrupting services.
- attempting to bypass plan limits.
- manipulating usage counters.
- circumventing moderation controls.
If you discover a security issue, report it responsibly instead of exploiting it.
25. Protect Your Account
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your Winkiloo account.
We recommend that you:
- use a strong unique password.
- do not share authentication tokens.
- sign out from shared devices.
- review suspicious account activity.
- keep your email account secure.
- revoke third-party access if you no longer trust a connection.
Contact Winkiloo support if you believe your account has been compromised.
26. Blocking and Personal Boundaries
Winkiloo may provide blocking or connection-management tools to help creators control who can interact with them.
If another creator blocks you, do not create another account or use another person's account to continue contacting them.
Attempting to circumvent a block may be treated as harassment or platform abuse.
27. Reporting Problems
If you encounter behaviour that appears to violate these Guidelines, use the available reporting functionality.
Depending on the feature involved, reporting may be available for:
- creator accounts.
- creator profiles.
- videos.
- feedback.
- reviews.
- messages or conversations.
- other Winkiloo content.
When reporting something, provide enough information for Winkiloo to understand the issue.
For potentially illegal content, you may also use the dedicated Report Illegal Content page.
28. Do Not Abuse Reporting Tools
Reports should be made in good faith.
You must not:
- mass-report someone because you disagree with them.
- file knowingly false allegations.
- coordinate abusive reporting campaigns.
- use reports to intimidate competitors.
- submit repeated reports about the same resolved issue without new information.
Abuse of reporting systems may itself result in account restrictions.
29. How Winkiloo May Respond to Violations
Winkiloo may take action when content or behaviour violates these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, applicable policies or law.
Depending on severity and context, actions may include:
- removing content.
- hiding a channel, video or review.
- removing feedback.
- reversing invalid Creator Credits.
- pausing or stopping campaigns.
- limiting messaging or network functionality.
- restricting referral participation.
- issuing warnings.
- temporarily suspending an account.
- permanently terminating an account.
- preserving relevant records where legally necessary.
The appropriate response depends on the seriousness, frequency, impact and circumstances of the violation.
30. Severe Violations
Some behaviour may justify immediate restriction or suspension without a prior warning.
This may include serious cases involving:
- fraud.
- malware or account theft.
- credible threats.
- serious harassment.
- sexual exploitation.
- system attacks.
- large-scale platform manipulation.
- illegal activity.
- attempts to evade previous enforcement.
31. Do Not Evade Enforcement
If Winkiloo restricts or suspends your account, you must not create new accounts or use another account to bypass the restriction.
Attempts to evade enforcement may result in additional account restrictions.
32. Context Matters
Winkiloo may consider context when evaluating reported content or behaviour.
For example, content discussing scams, harassment, violence or harmful behaviour for educational, critical, documentary or reporting purposes is different from content encouraging those activities.
Moderation decisions may therefore consider the purpose, presentation, severity and surrounding circumstances.
33. Constructive Disagreement Is Welcome
Winkiloo does not require creators to agree with one another.
Creators can disagree about:
- content quality.
- editing style.
- titles.
- thumbnails.
- business strategy.
- creative choices.
- creator tools.
- platform decisions.
Strong opinions are allowed. Personal attacks, harassment and dishonest behaviour are not.

Contact creators because there is a genuine reason to connect.
Honest Profiles
Present your channel and experience accurately.
Fair Collaboration

Be genuine. Give useful feedback. Respect other creators. Collaborate fairly. Protect your account. And use Winkiloo to build real creator value rather than artificial metrics.
35. Changes to These Guidelines
Winkiloo may update these Community Guidelines as the platform evolves, new features are introduced or legal and safety requirements change.
The date at the top of this page shows when these Guidelines were most recently updated.
Material changes may also be communicated through the platform where appropriate.
36. Need Help?
If you are unsure whether particular behaviour is appropriate, need help with another creator or want to report a problem, contact Winkiloo.
