Getting started
What is Winkiloo?
Winkiloo is a creator growth platform for YouTube creators. It brings verified channel management, video tools, campaigns, feedback, creator networking, collaborations, opportunities, A/B tests, AI creator tools, content planning, analytics, weekly reports, referrals and multilingual support into one workspace.
# Direct linkWho is Winkiloo for?
Winkiloo is designed for YouTube channel owners and creator teams at different stages of growth, from new channels learning what works to established creators who want deeper analytics, planning, collaboration and optimization tools.
# Direct linkIs Winkiloo affiliated with YouTube or Google?
No. Winkiloo is an independent creator platform and is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with YouTube or Google. Some features use Google and YouTube APIs under their applicable terms and policies.
# Direct linkDoes Winkiloo sell YouTube views, subscribers, likes or comments?
No. Winkiloo does not sell or guarantee YouTube engagement. Discovery and campaign tools provide visibility inside Winkiloo, while viewers independently decide whether they want to open or interact with content on YouTube.
# Direct linkHow do I get started with Winkiloo?
Create an account, verify your email when required, complete your creator profile, connect a YouTube account through Google OAuth, choose the channel you control, import the videos you want to work with, and then explore the tools included in your plan.
# Direct linkDo I need a YouTube channel to use Winkiloo?
You can browse some public Winkiloo pages without a connected channel, but many creator features require an ownership-verified YouTube channel because they depend on channel identity, analytics, creator reputation or verified participation.
# Direct linkCan I use Winkiloo with a new or small YouTube channel?
Yes. Winkiloo is not limited to large channels. Several tools are specifically useful while a channel is still building its content library, learning from feedback and developing a repeatable publishing process.
# Direct linkCan I manage more than one YouTube channel?
Yes, subject to the channel limit of your current plan. You can also connect more than one Google/YouTube account when needed and choose which eligible channels to add.
# Direct linkWill Winkiloo publish or modify my YouTube content automatically?
No. Winkiloo uses read-only YouTube permissions for ownership verification and analytics. AI suggestions, generated thumbnails, content plans and other Winkiloo outputs stay in Winkiloo until you choose what to do with them.
# Direct linkWhere can I see which features are included in my account?
Open Dashboard → Plans & billing. Your current plan, usage limits, Creator Credits, AI allowances and available upgrade options are shown there.
# Direct linkAccount, profile & security
Do I need to verify my email after registration?
When email activation is enabled, yes. Winkiloo sends a one-time verification link to the address used during registration and activates sign-in after the link is confirmed.
# Direct linkWhat if I did not receive my verification email?
Use the resend option on the verification page and check your spam or junk folder. If messages still do not arrive, contact Winkiloo support so delivery can be investigated.
# Direct linkHow do I reset a forgotten password?
Select Forgot password on the sign-in page. Winkiloo sends a one-time, expiring password-reset link to the account email address.
# Direct linkCan I change my Winkiloo email address?
Yes. Open Dashboard → Account & security, enter the new address and confirm your current password. Your existing email remains active until the new address is verified.
# Direct linkCan I change my password while signed in?
Yes. Open Dashboard → Account & security, enter your current password and choose a new one. Persistent Remember-me sessions on other devices are invalidated after a password change.
# Direct linkWhat does Remember me do?
Remember me lets a trusted device stay signed in beyond the normal browser session. Winkiloo stores a secure persistent token rather than storing your password in the browser.
# Direct linkHow do I sign out of a remembered device?
Use Sign out from the Winkiloo interface. Changing your password also invalidates persistent Remember-me sessions on other devices.
# Direct linkWhat information appears on my public creator profile?
Depending on your profile settings and available channel data, a public profile can show your creator name, username, profile image, banner, biography, niche, country, language, verified channel information, public statistics, badges, scores, reviews and collaboration-related information.
# Direct linkCan I change my creator profile image or banner?
Yes. Open Dashboard → My profile to manage the profile information and branding that Winkiloo allows you to edit.
# Direct linkWhat is my Winkiloo username used for?
Your username identifies your public creator profile and is also used by the current referral-link format, such as https://winkiloo.com/ref/yourusername.
# Direct linkIs my channel language the same as my Winkiloo interface language?
No. Channel/content language describes the language of your creator content. Winkiloo interface language controls the language used by the website and dashboard. They are intentionally stored separately.
# Direct linkHow do I change the Winkiloo interface language?
Use the language selector in the public navigation, creator dashboard or admin area. Public pages always use the language represented by their URL: English is unprefixed, while enabled translations use prefixes such as /de, /el or /fr. For signed-in/private areas the interface preference is saved to the account; visitors can also have a language preference cookie.
# Direct linkWhy did Winkiloo choose a language automatically the first time I visited?
When browser-language detection is enabled and you have not chosen a language before, Winkiloo can use your browser preference. A manual selection always takes priority afterward.
# Direct linkCan my emails use a different language from the interface?
Yes. Dashboard → My profile → Language & region supports an email language preference, or you can leave it set to follow the interface language.
# Direct linkCan AI reports use a different language from the interface?
Yes. Winkiloo supports a separate AI/report language preference. If you do not choose one, AI creator output and weekly reports fall back to the current interface language.
# Direct linkCan I set my timezone?
Yes. Your Language & region settings include a timezone preference so supported dates and scheduled information can be presented more appropriately.
# Direct linkPlans, trials & billing
Is there a Free plan?
Yes. Winkiloo includes a Free plan with plan-specific limits. The live Pricing page and Dashboard → Plans & billing are the source of truth for current allowances and prices.
# Direct linkHow long is the normal trial?
The standard trial duration can be changed by Winkiloo. The registration flow, Pricing page and Dashboard → Plans & billing show the current trial offer available to your account.
# Direct linkWhat is an invitation trial?
Winkiloo can issue private invitation links with an extended trial, bonus Creator Credits, an expiry date and usage limits. The exact trial length and benefits are defined by the individual invitation and are shown when that invitation is used.
# Direct linkWhat happens when my trial ends?
If you have not started a paid subscription, the account continues under the Free plan and its limits. Winkiloo does not delete your channels, videos or profile simply because the trial ends.
# Direct linkWhich plans does Winkiloo currently support?
The current plan structure includes Free, Creator, Pro and Agency. Prices, limits and enabled allowances are controlled by the live Winkiloo plan configuration.
# Direct linkWhy do some tools show a plan limit?
Different features have different infrastructure and service costs. Channel limits, campaigns, active collaborations, tests, opportunities, calendar capacity, AI actions, thumbnail generation, advanced analytics and weekly-report capacity can therefore vary by plan.
# Direct linkWhat happens if I downgrade to a plan with lower limits?
Existing records are generally preserved, but Winkiloo can prevent new additions or new active items until your usage is back within the lower plan limit. The exact behavior depends on the feature.
# Direct linkCan I upgrade my plan at any time?
When billing is enabled, you can open Plans & billing and choose an available paid plan. The checkout method depends on the payment providers configured by Winkiloo.
# Direct linkWhich payment methods can Winkiloo support?
The current billing architecture includes Stripe and PayPal integration points. The payment methods you actually see depend on which providers are enabled and correctly configured.
# Direct linkWhere can I see my billing history?
Open Dashboard → Plans & billing → Billing history to review Winkiloo billing records and provider references associated with your account.
# Direct linkCan I cancel a recurring subscription?
Yes. Winkiloo includes a subscription cancellation flow. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the applicable billing flow while preserving mandatory consumer rights.
# Direct linkDoes cancellation immediately remove paid access?
Normally your paid plan remains available through the already-paid billing period unless the checkout terms, provider rules or mandatory law require different treatment.
# Direct linkWhat happens if a subscription payment fails?
Paid access can become limited or the subscription status can change according to the payment provider and Winkiloo billing state. Update the payment method or contact support if the status does not resolve.
# Direct linkCan I buy additional Creator Credits?
Yes, when credit packages and billing are enabled. Available packages are shown under Dashboard → Plans & billing → Buy Credits.
# Direct linkAre purchased Creator Credits refundable for cash?
Cash refund eligibility depends on whether credits were used, the payment circumstances, provider rules and mandatory consumer law. Check the Refunds / Withdrawal information and contact support for a specific transaction.
# Direct linkDo monthly AI allowances reset?
Plan-based monthly AI allowances reset according to Winkiloo billing/usage logic. Trial accounts can use separate total-generation caps instead of receiving unrestricted monthly resets.
# Direct linkWhy are text AI actions and thumbnail generation tracked separately?
Text analysis and image generation have different infrastructure costs, so Winkiloo tracks their allowances independently to keep plan usage predictable.
# Direct linkYouTube connection & Analytics
How does Winkiloo verify that I own a YouTube channel?
Winkiloo uses Google OAuth. You sign in to Google, approve the requested read-only YouTube permission, and Winkiloo retrieves the channel or channels available to that Google account so you can choose which ones to add.
# Direct linkWhy can I not claim a channel simply by pasting its public URL?
A public URL proves that the channel exists but not that you own it. OAuth ownership verification prevents users from claiming another creator’s channel and protects profiles, campaigns, reviews and marketplace features.
# Direct linkDoes Winkiloo receive my Google password?
No. Google handles authentication. Winkiloo receives OAuth tokens and authorized account/channel information, not your Google password.
# Direct linkWhat basic YouTube permission does Winkiloo request?
For ownership verification Winkiloo requires read-only YouTube access. It does not request permission to upload videos, delete videos, comment, subscribe or otherwise modify your channel.
# Direct linkWhat is Authorized YouTube Analytics?
Authorized YouTube Analytics is an optional advanced feature that reads private performance reports from YouTube after you grant the additional read-only Analytics permission.
# Direct linkIs the Analytics permission different from ownership verification?
Yes. A channel can already be ownership-verified with the basic YouTube read-only scope. To unlock private Analytics reports you may need to reconnect and approve the additional YouTube Analytics read-only scope.
# Direct linkWhich private metrics can Authorized YouTube Analytics show?
Depending on what YouTube returns, Winkiloo can show views, watch time, average view duration, average percentage viewed, subscriber gains/losses, traffic sources, countries, devices, subscription status, demographics and top-video performance.
# Direct linkCan Winkiloo show audience retention?
Authorized Analytics can provide retention-related metrics such as average percentage viewed and other supported retention signals. Availability depends on the channel, report and data YouTube makes available.
# Direct linkCan Winkiloo show YouTube revenue?
The current Authorized Analytics workspace is designed around performance and audience metrics rather than financial/revenue reporting. Winkiloo should not be treated as a replacement for all YouTube Studio revenue reports.
# Direct linkCan top-video Analytics include videos I did not import into Winkiloo?
Yes. Authorized YouTube Analytics can report top videos directly from the connected channel, even when those videos are not part of your Winkiloo video library.
# Direct linkWhy are some demographic or audience sections empty?
YouTube may suppress or omit rows when there is not enough reportable data or when a particular report is unavailable for the selected channel and date range.
# Direct linkDoes Winkiloo cache YouTube Analytics results?
Yes. Authorized Analytics responses can be cached for a limited period to reduce API usage and improve performance. A forced refresh is subject to rate limits.
# Direct linkCan I connect more than one Google/YouTube account?
Yes. Winkiloo stores YouTube connections per Google account and lets you choose eligible channels from each connection, subject to your plan’s channel limit.
# Direct linkWhat happens if I disconnect a Google account?
Winkiloo revokes/removes the stored OAuth connection, channels linked to that connection lose their ownership-verified status, and affected active or scheduled campaign functionality can be paused until verification is restored.
# Direct linkCan I revoke Winkiloo directly from my Google Account?
Yes. You can revoke third-party access from your Google Account permissions. After revocation, connected features that require YouTube authorization will stop working until you reconnect.
# Direct linkWhat if my YouTube connection says it needs to be reconnected?
OAuth access can require reconnection if a token is revoked, expired without a usable refresh token, permissions changed, or an additional Analytics scope is needed. Use the reconnect action in Dashboard → My channels → YouTube connections.
# Direct linkChannels & videos
How do I add a YouTube channel to Winkiloo?
Connect your Google/YouTube account, open the connected account, choose one of the channels returned by YouTube and add it to Winkiloo. The plan channel limit must have available capacity.
# Direct linkWhy can channel country or language be blank?
YouTube does not provide every field for every channel. If a creator has not configured a value or the API does not return it, Winkiloo allows supported fallback information to be entered manually.
# Direct linkCan I refresh channel information without deleting the channel?
Yes. Use Refresh YouTube data on the channel card to update public metadata and statistics without deleting and re-adding the channel.
# Direct linkWhat does Import Videos do?
Import Videos reads the channel uploads available through YouTube and lets you select which videos should be added to your Winkiloo library. Already imported videos are marked to prevent duplicates.
# Direct linkDo I have to import every video from my channel?
No. You choose which videos to keep in Winkiloo. This lets you focus feedback, campaigns, AI analysis and testing on the content you actually want to work with.
# Direct linkWhat video information can Winkiloo retrieve automatically?
When available, Winkiloo can retrieve the YouTube video ID, title, thumbnail, duration, category, publication information, language-related metadata and channel ownership information.
# Direct linkCan I add a video manually?
Winkiloo includes a video-add flow for eligible channels. Ownership and plan limits still apply, and the YouTube video must belong to a channel you are allowed to manage in Winkiloo.
# Direct linkCan I delete a video from Winkiloo?
Yes. Deleting a Winkiloo video removes the Winkiloo record and related platform data such as campaigns/feedback where applicable. It does not delete the original video from YouTube.
# Direct linkWhat happens to unused campaign credits if I delete a video with a discovery campaign?
Where the campaign engine performs a refund, unused reserved campaign credits are returned according to the current campaign rules before the related Winkiloo records are removed.
# Direct linkWhat happens if I delete a channel from Winkiloo?
The Winkiloo channel, its Winkiloo videos and related platform records can be removed according to the deletion flow. The original YouTube channel is not deleted or modified.
# Direct linkPublic Video Discovery
What is Winkiloo Video Discovery?
Winkiloo Video Discovery is the public /videos experience where visitors can browse eligible YouTube videos published by verified Winkiloo creators. Results are mixed across creators instead of simply showing all videos from one channel together.
# Direct linkHow does Winkiloo decide which videos appear first?
The discovery service combines signals such as language relevance, country relevance where available, creator niche, verified creator feedback quality, freshness, accepted creator connections for signed-in users, creator profile quality and a controlled billing-plan contribution. It then applies creator-diversity rules so one creator does not dominate the first results.
# Direct linkDoes a paid Winkiloo plan guarantee a top position in Video Discovery?
No. The creator plan is only one configurable ranking signal. Relevance, verified feedback quality, freshness, creator relationships and diversity also contribute, so a highly relevant Free-plan video can appear above a paid-plan video.
# Direct linkWhat is a Winkiloo watch page?
Each eligible public video receives a stable Winkiloo watch page with a URL such as https://winkiloo.com/watch?v=xxxxxxxxxxxx. The page embeds the YouTube video and adds Winkiloo creator information, feedback scores, public creator feedback, recommendations and sharing tools.
# Direct linkIs the video hosted by Winkiloo?
No. The video remains hosted by YouTube and is played through the official YouTube embedded player. Winkiloo provides the surrounding discovery, creator-profile, feedback and recommendation experience.
# Direct linkCan I choose whether one of my videos is public on Winkiloo?
Yes. Dashboard → My videos lets an eligible creator publish a video to public Winkiloo discovery or hide it while keeping the video record and creator tools in the dashboard.
# Direct linkWhat happens to my watch page if I hide a video?
A hidden video is removed from public discovery, recommendations and video sitemaps. Its watch page stops showing the video publicly and is marked so search engines should not index the unavailable page. Publishing it again can restore the same Winkiloo watch identifier.
# Direct linkCan I save a public video to watch later?
Yes. Signed-in users can save eligible public videos to Dashboard → Saved videos. This is a Winkiloo watch list and does not create or modify a YouTube playlist.
# Direct linkWhat does Not interested do?
For signed-in users, Not interested records a Winkiloo personalization preference and removes that video from future personalized discovery candidates. It does not send a dislike or other engagement action to YouTube.
# Direct linkWho can publish feedback on a public watch page?
Public watch-page feedback is limited to signed-in Winkiloo users who have at least one YouTube channel verified through Google/YouTube OAuth. The video owner cannot review their own video, and each reviewer can submit one feedback record per video.
# Direct linkWhat feedback is shown on a watch page?
Eligible public feedback can include ratings for Thumbnail, Title, Hook and Editing plus useful written feedback. Winkiloo also shows aggregate scores and can sort public feedback by helpfulness or recency.
# Direct linkWhat are recommended videos on a watch page based on?
Recommended videos use the public discovery system with extra relevance to the current video, such as similar creator niche and language, while still applying creator diversity and excluding videos that are hidden, unavailable or otherwise ineligible.
# Direct linkCan public Winkiloo watch pages appear in search engines?
Eligible watch pages are designed to be indexable and include a canonical Winkiloo URL and video structured data. Eligible pages can also be included in Winkiloo sitemaps. Hidden, unavailable and removed pages are excluded from normal indexing signals.
# Direct linkCampaigns & Creator Credits
What are Creator Credits?
Creator Credits are internal Winkiloo platform units used for eligible creator features such as campaign visibility and research rewards. They are not cash, cryptocurrency or YouTube views.
# Direct linkHow do I get Creator Credits?
Depending on the live configuration, credits can come from your plan, purchased credit packages, eligible creator feedback, eligible A/B test participation, qualified referrals, invitation bonuses, plan allowances or refunds of unused reserved campaign/test budgets. Credits are never earned for YouTube views, watch duration, likes, comments or subscriptions.
# Direct linkCan I earn credits for watching, liking or subscribing on YouTube?
No. Winkiloo never rewards opening YouTube, video views, watch duration, likes, comments or subscriptions. Feedback and testing rewards are for actions completed inside Winkiloo.
# Direct linkHow does a Winkiloo campaign work?
You choose one of your eligible videos, set a Creator Credit budget, duration and targeting, and Winkiloo displays the campaign to eligible creators inside the platform according to relevance and pacing rules.
# Direct linkWhat does one campaign credit buy?
Under the current campaign engine, one billable Winkiloo discovery impression consumes one Creator Credit and the same creator is billed only once per campaign. An outbound YouTube click is tracked separately and does not consume an additional credit.
# Direct linkDoes a campaign guarantee a YouTube view?
No. A campaign buys targeted visibility inside Winkiloo. The receiving creator decides independently whether to open the YouTube video and whether to continue watching or interact.
# Direct linkWhat campaign targeting is available?
Campaigns can target niche/category, language, country and creator-size ranges. Winkiloo also uses matching and delivery-priority signals when ranking eligible campaigns.
# Direct linkWhat is campaign pacing?
Pacing spreads the reserved campaign budget across the campaign duration instead of allowing the entire budget to be consumed immediately.
# Direct linkCan I schedule a campaign to start later?
The campaign engine supports scheduled campaign status. Availability and allowed duration are controlled by the current campaign settings and plan.
# Direct linkCan I pause and resume a campaign?
Yes. Active campaigns can be paused and later resumed while the campaign remains eligible to continue.
# Direct linkCan I stop a campaign early?
Yes. Stopping a campaign ends delivery and returns unused reserved Creator Credits according to the campaign engine.
# Direct linkWhat happens when a campaign expires?
Expired campaigns stop delivering. Unused reserved credits are refunded by the campaign finalization flow where applicable.
# Direct linkWhat campaign analytics are available?
Winkiloo tracks internal discovery impressions, outbound YouTube clicks, click-through rate, credits spent/remaining/refunded, pacing and audience-segment information where available.
# Direct linkCan I use campaigns to run sub-for-sub or like-for-like activity?
No. Campaigns are for discovery inside Winkiloo, not coordinated artificial engagement. Users must independently decide whether they want to watch, subscribe, like or comment on YouTube.
# Direct linkThumbnail & Title Testing
What is Thumbnail & Title Testing?
It is Winkiloo’s internal creator-research system. You compare your current YouTube packaging with one challenger and eligible verified creators choose which option they would be more likely to click.
# Direct linkCan I test a thumbnail only?
Yes. You can run a thumbnail-only test using the current thumbnail as Variant A and a challenger as Variant B.
# Direct linkCan I test a title only?
Yes. A title-only test compares the current title with a challenger title without changing the YouTube video.
# Direct linkCan I test a thumbnail and title together?
Yes. A combined test compares the current packaging against a challenger combination of title and thumbnail.
# Direct linkDoes a test change my YouTube thumbnail or title?
No. Testing happens inside Winkiloo. The result is research for your decision; Winkiloo does not automatically publish the winning option to YouTube.
# Direct linkWho can vote on my test?
Only Winkiloo users with at least one OAuth ownership-verified YouTube channel can submit eligible test votes.
# Direct linkCan I target who votes on a test?
Yes. Tests can optionally target creator niche, language, country and subscriber-size range.
# Direct linkWhy does a test reserve Creator Credits?
The reward pool pays the configured internal research reward to eligible creator voters. Unused reserved credits are returned when the test completes, expires, is stopped or is deleted according to the test flow.
# Direct linkHow many Creator Credits does an eligible test vote earn?
The reward for an eligible test vote is controlled by the current Winkiloo configuration. The test interface and your Creator Credit activity show the applicable reward when the feature is enabled.
# Direct linkCan voters see which option is winning before they vote?
No. Winkiloo hides the result while a creator is voting and randomizes option order per voter to reduce position bias.
# Direct linkWhat can voters explain about their choice?
A voter can choose a reason such as curiosity, clarity, visual appeal, relevance or professionalism and can optionally leave a short comment.
# Direct linkWhat audience insights are available in test results?
Alongside overall A/B percentages, Winkiloo can break responses down by niche, language, country and creator-size segment. Optional comments provide qualitative context.
# Direct linkWhat does the confidence label on a test mean?
Winkiloo uses the number of votes and the size of the lead to describe a result as an early, directional, good or strong signal. It is not a statistical guarantee of YouTube click-through performance.
# Direct linkCan I delete a test?
Yes. Deleting a test removes the Winkiloo test and managed challenger uploads. Unused reserved credits are returned where applicable, while credits already earned by voters are not taken back.
# Direct linkCreator Network & connections
How does Discover Creators work?
You can browse creator profiles and filter by relevant characteristics such as niche, language, country and channel size. Winkiloo can also surface Creator Match information when the feature is available.
# Direct linkWhat is Creator Match?
Creator Match is a Winkiloo relevance score intended to help identify creators who may be a useful networking or collaboration fit. It is not a prediction of YouTube growth, revenue or collaboration success.
# Direct linkDo I need a verified channel to appear as a creator?
Verification strengthens creator identity and is required for several trust-sensitive features. Public profile visibility also depends on account/channel moderation and the current public-site configuration.
# Direct linkHow do creator connections work?
One creator sends a connection request. The recipient can accept or reject it. Accepted connections unlock private messaging and collaboration actions.
# Direct linkCan I send connection requests to everyone?
Connection requests are subject to platform eligibility and server-side rate limits designed to reduce spam and abuse.
# Direct linkCan I remove a creator connection?
Connection-management actions allow the relationship to be changed or removed according to the current network workflow.
# Direct linkCan I block another creator?
Yes. Blocking removes/restricts the relationship and prevents normal network interaction between the two accounts. Unfinished collaboration activity can also be affected.
# Direct linkCan I report another creator?
Yes. Winkiloo includes moderation-report flows for creator, channel, video, feedback, conversation, collaboration, opportunity and other supported targets.
# Direct linkAre public Reputation and Growth Scores shown in creator discovery?
They can be, when the administrator has enabled public score display. Public scores are intended as contextual Winkiloo signals, not guarantees.
# Direct linkCan I discover creators from another country or language?
Yes. Country and language are core discovery filters, which is especially useful for international or multilingual collaborations.
# Direct linkMessages & collaborations
Who can send me a private message?
Private messaging is limited to accepted creator connections. This helps reduce unsolicited mass messaging compared with an open public inbox.
# Direct linkCan I message someone before they accept my connection request?
No. Normal private messaging is connection-only, so the creator must accept the connection first.
# Direct linkCan I delete a message I sent?
Yes. Winkiloo supports soft-deleting your own message from the creator interface. Platform records may still be retained where necessary for safety, legal or moderation purposes.
# Direct linkAre my private messages public?
No. Private creator messages are not published on public creator profiles.
# Direct linkCan administrators read all private messages whenever they want?
Winkiloo does not provide a general browse-all-private-messages interface. A specific conversation can become available for moderation inspection when a participant reports it, subject to the platform moderation workflow.
# Direct linkWhat kinds of collaboration can I propose?
Supported collaboration types include joint videos, guest appearances, interviews, podcasts, cross-promotions, Shorts, livestreams, content series and an Other category.
# Direct linkWhat happens when a collaboration proposal is accepted?
The proposal becomes a collaboration workspace where participants can manage the collaboration status, lightweight tasks, due dates and linked published videos.
# Direct linkCan I add tasks to a collaboration?
Yes. Collaboration workspaces support lightweight task tracking, subject to the current platform task limit.
# Direct linkCan I associate published videos with a collaboration?
Yes. Participants can link selected Winkiloo/YouTube videos to the collaboration so the workspace records what was published.
# Direct linkAre active collaboration limits plan-based?
Yes. The maximum number of active collaborations can depend on your current plan.
# Direct linkWhat happens if one collaborator blocks the other?
A creator block prevents normal collaboration interaction and can cancel or restrict unfinished collaboration activity according to the current workflow.
# Direct linkCreator Opportunities
What is the Creator Opportunities Marketplace?
It is a structured marketplace where verified creators can post and discover collaboration, guest and creator-service opportunities.
# Direct linkWhat types of opportunities can be posted?
Current types include joint YouTube videos, podcast guests, interview guests, livestream guests, Shorts collaborations, cross-promotion, video editing, thumbnail design, voice-over work and Other opportunities.
# Direct linkDo I need a verified YouTube channel to post an opportunity?
Yes. The marketplace uses ownership verification as part of creator identity and posting eligibility.
# Direct linkCan opportunity listings be public on the web?
Yes, when public marketplace listings are enabled and the creator chooses public visibility. Public listings must also pass the normal moderation/eligibility checks.
# Direct linkCan I search opportunities by niche or location?
Yes. The marketplace supports filters such as opportunity type, niche, language, country and preferred creator-size range.
# Direct linkCan I save an opportunity for later?
Yes. Signed-in creators can save interesting listings and revisit them from the Saved tab.
# Direct linkHow do I apply to an opportunity?
Open the listing and submit the requested pitch, contribution and availability information. Application limits and marketplace eligibility rules apply.
# Direct linkWhat application statuses are available?
Applications can move through states such as pending, shortlisted, accepted, rejected or withdrawn.
# Direct linkWhat happens when my application is accepted?
Winkiloo can create an accepted creator connection automatically if necessary and turn the accepted application into a collaboration workspace, provided both creators are within their collaboration limits.
# Direct linkCan opportunities include paid work?
Yes, when externally paid service opportunities are enabled. Compensation can be unpaid/collaboration, paid externally, revenue share, value exchange or another disclosed arrangement.
# Direct linkDoes Winkiloo process or hold payment for marketplace jobs?
No. The current marketplace model has no platform escrow. Any external payment arrangement is made independently between the creators.
# Direct linkCan I close or reopen my opportunity?
Yes. Owners can close an open opportunity and can reopen eligible closed or expired listings when their plan limit allows it.
# Direct linkCan I delete an opportunity?
Yes. Deleting the listing removes its applications and saves. Collaboration workspaces already created from accepted applications remain available.
# Direct linkCan Winkiloo hide an unsafe or suspicious opportunity?
Yes. Administrators can hide listings without deleting the underlying history, and reported opportunities can enter the moderation workflow.
# Direct linkCreator feedback
What is creator feedback?
Winkiloo lets creators provide structured critique on another creator’s video, including thumbnail, title, hook and editing ratings plus written feedback.
# Direct linkCan I watch the video inside Winkiloo before giving feedback?
Yes. The feedback flow can open the YouTube video in an embedded viewer and also provides an Open YouTube option.
# Direct linkCan I earn Creator Credits for feedback?
Yes, when feedback rewards are enabled. The applicable Creator Credit reward is controlled by the current Winkiloo configuration. Anti-abuse and duplicate-review rules apply.
# Direct linkCan I review the same video repeatedly for more credits?
No. The database prevents duplicate feedback from the same reviewer on the same video, and abuse/rate limits prevent reward farming.
# Direct linkWhat should useful feedback contain?
Useful feedback should explain what works and what could be improved. Winkiloo requires meaningful written feedback rather than only star scores.
# Direct linkWhere can I see feedback I received?
Open Dashboard → Feedback → Received. Aggregate feedback signals can also appear in video analytics and creator intelligence features.
# Direct linkWhere can I see feedback I have given?
Open Dashboard → Feedback → Given to review your submitted creator feedback history.
# Direct linkIs Winkiloo feedback posted to YouTube comments?
No. Creator feedback is stored inside Winkiloo and is not automatically posted as a YouTube comment.
# Direct linkCan abusive feedback be reported?
Yes. Feedback can be reported through Winkiloo moderation tools when it violates platform rules.
# Direct linkAI Creator Tools
What are Winkiloo AI Creator Tools?
They are creator-assistance features that use the configured AI provider to analyze or generate suggestions around video titles, thumbnails, hooks, descriptions, content positioning and other supported creator tasks.
# Direct linkDoes AI automatically change my YouTube video?
No. AI recommendations and generated assets remain in Winkiloo for creator review. Winkiloo does not automatically publish AI titles, descriptions or thumbnails to YouTube.
# Direct linkWhat information can be sent for AI analysis?
Depending on the tool, Winkiloo can use relevant video/channel metadata, title, description, category, language, thumbnail, creator-supplied script or hook text, and selected analytics/context required for the requested result.
# Direct linkCan Winkiloo generate a YouTube thumbnail?
Yes. Eligible plans can generate recommended 1280×720 thumbnail concepts. The current YouTube thumbnail can optionally be used as visual reference when supported by the tool.
# Direct linkCan I download an AI-generated thumbnail?
Yes. Generated thumbnail history supports full-size viewing and download. Generated images are not automatically uploaded to YouTube.
# Direct linkCan AI analyze my title, hook or description?
Yes. Winkiloo AI tools can analyze or assist with titles, hooks, descriptions and overall content positioning, then keep analysis history for the video.
# Direct linkCan AI results be wrong?
Yes. AI output can be incomplete, subjective, inaccurate or unsuitable for your audience. Treat it as decision support, not a guarantee of CTR, views, revenue or channel growth.
# Direct linkCan AI answer in my preferred language?
Yes. Creator-facing AI tools receive the selected Winkiloo language as an output-language instruction where supported.
# Direct linkDoes Winkiloo reuse my AI history?
Some tools keep analysis/history records so you can review earlier results and so creator intelligence can use relevant historical signals where the feature is designed to do so.
# Direct linkContent Intelligence & Calendar
What is AI Content Intelligence?
AI Content Intelligence turns your channel context, goals and available performance signals into personalized content ideas, planning recommendations and 30-day content plans.
# Direct linkWhat information can Content Intelligence use?
It can use channel/video context, creator feedback, A/B testing history and, when you have authorized the required scope and your plan includes it, selected YouTube Analytics metrics.
# Direct linkWhat kinds of content goals can I create?
Goals can focus on views, subscribers, authority, engagement, consistency or a custom objective. You can optionally set a target value, target date and notes.
# Direct linkWhat is an Opportunity Score?
Opportunity Score is a Winkiloo planning heuristic attached to content ideas. It combines factors such as audience fit, channel fit, growth potential, freshness and content-gap signals; it is not a prediction of future views.
# Direct linkCan AI generate several content ideas at once?
Yes. The number of ideas in one request is bounded by the current system setting, your plan allowance and your remaining monthly idea quota.
# Direct linkCan Winkiloo generate a 30-day content plan?
Yes, for plans that include AI plan generation. The generated items are added to the Content Calendar and remain editable by you.
# Direct linkCan I choose how often I want to publish in an AI plan?
Yes. The current planner supports a requested publishing frequency and turns the result into planned calendar items within the supported limits.
# Direct linkWhat is the Content Calendar?
The Content Calendar is Winkiloo’s planning workspace for ideas and videos. It supports month, week and list views plus an unscheduled content pipeline.
# Direct linkCan I move calendar items to another date?
Yes. Month/week calendar items support drag-and-drop movement to another date, and individual items can also be edited directly.
# Direct linkWhat production stages can I track?
Calendar items can move through stages such as idea, research, script, recording, editing, thumbnail, scheduled, published and paused.
# Direct linkCan I group videos into a content series?
Yes. You can create content series and associate calendar items with a recurring editorial theme.
# Direct linkDoes the Content Calendar send reminders?
When calendar reminders are enabled, Winkiloo can create internal notifications as planned publishing dates approach.
# Direct linkCan Winkiloo generate a script from a calendar item?
Yes. The current Content Calendar includes creator-requested AI script generation for eligible plans/configuration. Generated scripts require creator review and are not published automatically.
# Direct linkCan I keep production notes separate from the generated script?
Yes. Calendar items support production notes/script-related fields so planning notes can remain separate from the AI-generated or edited script content.
# Direct linkCan I archive content ideas or goals?
Yes. Content ideas and goals can be archived, and archived records can be viewed/restored where the current interface provides that action.
# Direct linkGrowth analytics & weekly reports
What is Growth Analytics?
Growth Analytics combines stored public YouTube metric snapshots with Winkiloo campaign, feedback and AI-analysis history to provide creator and per-video growth views.
# Direct linkWhat is the difference between Growth Analytics and Authorized YouTube Analytics?
Growth Analytics combines Winkiloo history and public snapshots. Authorized YouTube Analytics uses private read-only reports directly from your connected YouTube account and can provide deeper metrics such as watch time and audience information.
# Direct linkCan Winkiloo show subscriber growth from public snapshots?
Yes, after Winkiloo has snapshots from different dates. The first refresh establishes a baseline; later snapshots allow changes to be compared.
# Direct linkCan I see analytics for an individual video?
Yes. Each Winkiloo video can have an analytics workspace combining public YouTube metrics, campaign history, feedback scores and AI-analysis history.
# Direct linkWhat are Growth Intelligence recommendations?
They are rule/data-driven recommendations based on signals Winkiloo has stored, such as campaign CTR, feedback dimensions, public performance and AI history. They are not guarantees.
# Direct linkWhat is a Weekly Growth Report?
A Weekly Growth Report compares the latest seven-day period with the previous seven days for a selected verified channel and summarizes wins, risks, Growth Score movement and suggested next actions.
# Direct linkWhich data source does a weekly report use?
When your plan includes advanced analytics and the channel has the Analytics permission, the report uses Authorized YouTube Analytics. Otherwise eligible basic reports can use available public metric snapshots.
# Direct linkCan I choose which channels receive weekly reports?
Yes. Weekly-report preferences let you select channels up to the report-channel limit of your current plan.
# Direct linkCan I choose which day my weekly report is generated?
Yes. Weekly-report preferences include a report day. The scheduled job runs regularly and generates reports that are due for each creator.
# Direct linkCan Winkiloo email my weekly report?
Yes, when global weekly-report email delivery is enabled and you opt in. The email can use your configured email language.
# Direct linkDo weekly reports consume my normal AI action allowance?
The current weekly-report AI interpretation is tracked separately from normal Creator AI actions and is controlled by the weekly-report plan/configuration.
# Direct linkWhat kinds of retention alerts can weekly reports create?
Depending on available data and thresholds, Winkiloo can flag channel retention drops, videos performing below channel retention, subscriber drops and strong momentum concentration.
# Direct linkWhat is a momentum alert?
It is an informational signal created when one video accounts for a large configured share of recent channel views, suggesting that the video may be driving current momentum.
# Direct linkCan I generate a weekly report manually?
Yes, subject to the plan and the configured manual report rate limit.
# Direct linkWhy might a weekly report fail?
Common reasons include a disconnected/unverified channel, missing Analytics permission for the requested data source, API errors, insufficient snapshots, plan restrictions or temporary service configuration problems.
# Direct linkAre weekly report recommendations guaranteed to improve my channel?
No. Weekly reports and AI interpretations are analytical aids. They do not guarantee future views, ranking, revenue, subscriber growth or monetization.
# Direct linkReputation, Growth Score & badges
What is the Winkiloo Reputation Score?
Reputation is a 0–100 Winkiloo score focused on trust, useful participation, collaboration reliability, community activity and standing. It is not based on how many subscribers you have.
# Direct linkWhat is the Winkiloo Growth Score?
Growth Score is a 0–100 planning signal that measures your growth foundation, content packaging, audience response, momentum, creator network and consistency using data available to Winkiloo.
# Direct linkCan I buy a higher Reputation or Growth Score with a paid plan?
No. Paid plans and subscriber count do not directly buy Reputation. Scores use capped contribution categories and diminishing returns.
# Direct linkWhat signals can Reputation use?
Signals can include verified channels, helpful feedback, legitimate test participation, creator connections, completed collaborations, profile completeness and broader community activity.
# Direct linkWhat signals can Growth Score use?
Signals can include channel foundation, content packaging, audience-related metrics, campaign CTR, recent videos, Authorized Analytics where available, creator network activity and publishing consistency.
# Direct linkWhat is “Your biggest opportunity”?
Winkiloo identifies the area that currently appears most useful to improve, such as audience retention, publishing consistency, content packaging or creator networking.
# Direct linkHow often are scores recalculated?
Scores are cached for a configurable period. You can use the Recalculate action in the creator dashboard when you want a fresh score, subject to the current system behavior.
# Direct linkWhich automatic badges can creators earn?
Current badge types include Verified Creator, Helpful Reviewer, Reliable Collaborator, Testing Contributor, Community Contributor, Growth Momentum, Rising Creator and Top Contributor. Special badges such as Early Creator can also exist.
# Direct linkCan badges appear on my public profile?
Yes, when the badge is active/public and public reputation display is enabled.
# Direct linkCan an administrator award a special badge manually?
The badge system supports automatic and manual badge awards. Manual/special awards can be managed by administrators.
# Direct linkAffiliate & referrals
How does the Winkiloo Affiliate Program work?
Set a public username to receive a referral URL such as https://winkiloo.com/ref/yourusername. When a new creator registers through that link and satisfies the current qualification rules, you can earn Creator Credits.
# Direct linkHow many credits do I earn per qualified referral?
The referral reward can be changed by Winkiloo. Dashboard → Affiliate & referrals shows the current Creator Credit reward and is the source of truth for the offer available to your account.
# Direct linkDoes a registration immediately earn a referral reward?
No. A registration starts as pending. The referred creator must satisfy the current qualification rules shown by Winkiloo, which can include a verified YouTube channel, adding eligible videos or other anti-abuse requirements.
# Direct linkWhere do I find my referral link?
Open Dashboard → Affiliate & referrals. Your personal referral URL, clicks/registrations and qualification/reward history are shown there.
# Direct linkCan I use a link like /register?ref=username instead?
The registration flow can understand referral information, but the official shareable Winkiloo referral format is /ref/yourusername because it is cleaner and is the format generated by the dashboard.
# Direct linkCan I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake registrations and referral farming violate Winkiloo rules and can result in rejected or reversed rewards.
# Direct linkWhat is a flagged referral?
A flagged referral triggered an anti-abuse signal, such as suspicious overlap between the referring and referred registrations. It is held for administrator review instead of being rewarded automatically.
# Direct linkAre referral rewards cash?
No. The current programme rewards Creator Credits, which are internal Winkiloo platform units and are not cash or withdrawable affiliate earnings.
# Direct linkCan referral rewards be reversed?
Yes. Rewards can be withheld or reversed when the underlying referral is fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred, associated with a chargeback or otherwise fails the applicable rules.
# Direct linkIs there a limit to how many referral rewards I can receive?
Winkiloo can enforce a configurable monthly referral-reward cap as an anti-abuse and cost-control measure. Your dashboard and current programme rules are the source of truth.
# Direct linkDo I need to disclose that my link is a referral link?
Where required by applicable law or the platform where you share it, yes. We recommend clearly explaining that you may receive Creator Credits if someone joins through your link.
# Direct linkWinkiloo reviews & testimonials
Who can review Winkiloo?
A registered creator must have at least one OAuth ownership-verified YouTube channel before submitting a Winkiloo platform review. This ties testimonials to a verified creator identity.
# Direct linkWhat can I include in a Winkiloo review?
You can submit a 1–5 star rating, optional title, written experience, use-case tags, a recommendation response and an optional MP4/WebM video testimonial. At least written text or a testimonial video is required.
# Direct linkCan I record my testimonial video inside Winkiloo?
Yes. On supported HTTPS browsers you can grant camera/microphone access, record a short testimonial, preview it, retake it and submit it. You can also upload an MP4 or WebM file.
# Direct linkCan I edit my Winkiloo review later?
Yes. Open Dashboard → Review Winkiloo to edit the review and, where supported, replace or remove the testimonial video.
# Direct linkCan I delete my Winkiloo review?
Yes. The creator review flow supports permanent deletion. Public review routing also keeps deletion/tombstone information so removed content is not accidentally republished under the same public record.
# Direct linkDoes every submitted Winkiloo review appear publicly?
No. Public display requires creator consent and administrator moderation/selection. A smaller set can also be marked Featured for use on high-visibility public pages.
# Direct linkWhat happens if I materially edit a published review?
A material edit sends the review back through moderation before it can be published again.
# Direct linkCan a public review have its own page?
Yes. Reviews selected for public display can receive individual crawlable pages with canonical URLs and can be included in the Winkiloo sitemap.
# Direct linkCan I report a suspicious or abusive platform review?
Yes. Platform reviews are supported moderation-report targets and can be reviewed by administrators.
# Direct linkLanguages & translations
Is Winkiloo multilingual?
Yes. Winkiloo v2.6 includes a database-driven multilingual system with English as the master/fallback language.
# Direct linkWhich languages are installed?
All 24 official EU languages are installed: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Greek, Polish, Romanian, Czech, Hungarian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Slovak, Bulgarian, Croatian, Slovenian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Irish and Maltese.
# Direct linkAre all installed languages automatically visible to visitors?
No. English is available as the master language and other languages can be enabled after their translations have been prepared and reviewed. This avoids exposing unfinished language versions.
# Direct linkWhat happens if a translation is missing?
Winkiloo safely falls back to the English source text rather than breaking the page.
# Direct linkAre translated pages stored or translated every time I open them?
Translations are stored in the Winkiloo database. Normal page views do not call the AI provider just to translate the interface again.
# Direct linkCan AI translate Winkiloo public pages?
Yes. Administrators can use the Translation Center to translate interface strings and managed public-page content with AI, then review and approve the result.
# Direct linkCan public pages have localized URLs?
Yes. English uses the normal unprefixed URLs, while enabled languages can use locale-prefixed routes such as /de/features, /el/faq or /fr/terms.
# Direct linkDoes Winkiloo provide hreflang information for translated pages?
Yes. Enabled localized public pages can emit alternate hreflang links plus an English x-default reference to help search engines understand language versions.
# Direct linkAre legal-page AI translations automatically treated as legally approved?
No. AI-generated translations of Terms, Privacy, Cookies, Imprint and other legal material are drafts. Legal AI auto-publishing is disabled by default and important translations should be reviewed.
# Direct linkCan AI-generated creator reports be produced directly in my language?
Yes. Creator-facing AI tools and weekly report interpretation are instructed to use the selected interface/report language where supported, avoiding an unnecessary second translation step.
# Direct linkPrivacy, cookies & safety
What personal data does Winkiloo process?
Depending on the features you use, Winkiloo can process account/profile data, connected YouTube information, authorized Analytics data, campaign/credit activity, feedback, messages, collaborations, opportunities, reviews, billing references, AI inputs/results and technical/security logs.
# Direct linkDoes Winkiloo sell personal data?
Winkiloo’s privacy framework states that personal data and Google user data are not sold. Data is shared only where required to provide the service, where authorized, or where another lawful basis applies.
# Direct linkHow are Google OAuth tokens handled?
Winkiloo stores OAuth tokens only for the authorized connection and encrypts stored token values using the application secret. You can disconnect the connection or revoke access through Google.
# Direct linkWhat cookies does Winkiloo use?
Winkiloo uses necessary session/security and preference storage, including language and cookie-consent preferences. Optional analytics/marketing technologies should be enabled only where configured and legally permitted.
# Direct linkCan I change my cookie preferences?
Yes. Use Cookie settings in the public-site footer to reopen the preference controls.
# Direct linkDoes the language selector use a cookie?
Yes. Visitors who are not signed in can use a one-year winkiloo_locale preference cookie. The cookie can remember a preferred interface language for private/interface contexts, but public page language is always determined by the clean URL: / is English, /de is German, /el is Greek, and so on.
# Direct linkHow do I request access, correction or deletion of my personal data?
Use the privacy contact information published in the Privacy Policy. Winkiloo may need to verify your identity before responding to a data-protection request.
# Direct linkHow do I disconnect Google/YouTube data access?
Disconnect the account from your Winkiloo YouTube connections or revoke Winkiloo from your Google Account third-party permissions. Features depending on that authorization will stop working.
# Direct linkHow do I report illegal content?
Use the public Report illegal content page to identify the specific Winkiloo URL and submit a good-faith notice for administrator review.
# Direct linkWhat can I report inside Winkiloo?
Supported moderation targets include creators, channels, videos, feedback, conversations, collaborations, platform reviews and opportunities.
# Direct linkWhat happens if my account is suspended?
A suspended account cannot use the normal creator platform until it is reinstated. Administrative audit/moderation records can be retained according to platform and legal requirements.
# Direct linkDoes Winkiloo have rate limits?
Yes. Server-side limits protect actions such as feedback, connection requests, campaigns, reports, channel/video additions, test voting, opportunity activity and messaging from abuse or accidental overload.
# Direct linkIs my data guaranteed to be completely secure?
No internet service can promise absolute security. Winkiloo uses measures such as HTTPS, password hashing, encrypted OAuth secrets, CSRF protection, permissions, rate limits, upload restrictions, logging and backups to reduce risk.
# Direct linkPublic website & legal information
Where can I find Winkiloo’s legal pages?
The public-site footer links to Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and other enabled legal/information pages such as Imprint, Acceptable Use, Community Guidelines and Refunds.
# Direct linkCan public pages be available in multiple languages?
Yes. Enabled language versions use Winkiloo’s localized public-page system and fall back to English when an approved translation is unavailable.
# Direct linkCan Winkiloo administrators update public-page content without editing PHP?
Yes. The current Public Website editor supports managed HTML for normal public pages and editable regions around protected dynamic pages.
# Direct linkWhy are dynamic pages such as FAQ or Creator Directory not fully replaceable with HTML?
Their live forms, filters, listings or other application components are protected so an administrator cannot accidentally delete core functionality. Editable HTML can be placed before and after the protected component.
# Direct linkWhy is the Pricing page treated differently from normal content pages?
Pricing is tied directly to live plans, allowances, trials and billing configuration. Its structure therefore stays system-driven instead of being replaced by arbitrary HTML.
# Direct linkDoes Winkiloo keep a history of public-page edits?
Yes. Managed public pages use revision history so administrators can review and restore earlier English or translated versions.
# Direct linkIs custom public-page HTML sanitized?
Yes. Managed HTML is sanitized before storage/rendering. Dangerous scripts, iframes, forms, event handlers and unsafe URLs are removed while supported content/Bootstrap markup is preserved.
# Direct linkTroubleshooting
Why can I not connect my YouTube account?
Possible causes include OAuth not being configured, the Google authorization being cancelled, a missing required scope, an expired/revoked token or a temporary Google/API error. Try the connection again and review any message shown by Winkiloo.
# Direct linkWhy does my channel show “Reconnect for Analytics”?
The ownership connection is valid, but the Google account has not granted the additional YouTube Analytics read-only scope. Reconnect and approve that permission to unlock advanced reports.
# Direct linkWhy is a YouTube channel missing from the list after I connect Google?
Winkiloo can only display channels returned by YouTube for the selected Google account. Confirm that you chose the correct Google account and that the channel is actually managed by it.
# Direct linkWhy is a channel banner missing?
YouTube channel avatars are generally more consistently available than banners. If no usable banner is returned, Winkiloo can fall back to other creator branding.
# Direct linkWhy can I not add another channel, video, campaign, test, collaboration or opportunity?
You may have reached a plan limit or an abuse/rate limit. Check Plans & billing and the message shown by the relevant feature.
# Direct linkWhy can I not generate an AI result?
Possible causes include a disabled AI feature, missing provider configuration, plan restrictions, exhausted allowance, rate limiting or a temporary provider/network error.
# Direct linkWhy are my Growth Analytics changes empty after the first refresh?
Growth comparisons require data from different dates. The first refresh establishes a baseline, and later snapshots provide changes that can be compared.
# Direct linkWhy does Authorized YouTube Analytics show no rows for a section?
YouTube may not return a report for the selected period or may suppress low-volume demographic/audience data. Try a different period and confirm the channel still has Analytics permission.
# Direct linkWhy did my weekly report use public snapshots instead of Authorized Analytics?
The report uses Authorized Analytics only when your plan includes advanced analytics and the selected connected channel has the required Analytics permission. Otherwise it can fall back to available public snapshots.
# Direct linkWhy did my language change back after I selected another language?
Your saved interface preference should remain independent from the Translation Center target language and public-page preview language. If it does not, sign out/in after changing the preference and contact support if the issue persists.
# Direct linkWhy does a public page still show English in another language?
The target language may be disabled, the page translation may be missing/outdated, or the translation may not yet be approved. Winkiloo intentionally falls back to English rather than showing broken content.
# Direct linkWhat should I do if a Winkiloo page displays an error?
Reload once, confirm that you are still signed in and try the action again. If the problem continues, contact support with the page name, the action you attempted and the error message; do not send passwords or secret API credentials.
